Courses are free for attendees, however failure to attend once a place has been booked will incur a charge of £50 for half day course, £100 for full day course billed separately after the event. Non-attendance Policy
Please note that there is a non-attendance policy currently in place. There will be a charge of £100.00 (£50.00 for half day courses)
for non-attendance if cancellation does not occur 5 working days before the event or replaced by another representative from your agency.
All charges recuperated will be directed back into the training budget. If you are employed outside of the London Borough of Newham, please
provide the name and contact details for your finance team.
