Courses are free for attendees, however failure to attend once a place has been booked will incur a charge of £50 for half day course, £100 for full day course billed separately after the event. for non-attendance if cancellation does not occur 5 working days before the event or replaced by another representative from your agency.
All charges recuperated will be directed back into the training budget. If you are employed outside of the London Borough of Newham, please
